4x larger Okov store in Bar is opened

Our company has opened 4 times larger store in Bar. The opening was followed by a ceremony and many surprises for customers. Judging by the impressions from people who visited the store in the first days, we can be sure that this project completely fulfilled their expectations.

The new Okov store is located at “Old intersection” in Bar and occuppies over 4.000 square meters. Products are plainly presented on two floors, which guarantee unique Okov buying experience. In front of the store is a large parking space.

The new Okov store has 50 employees, and half of which have many years of work experience in previous Okov store in Bar, which was closed after the relocation.

The ceremony has started at 9:30 AM with a local anthem “The town is as wide as sea” performed by Bar academic choir “Antivari Musica” which was delightfully accepted from local visitors. After the local anthem they continued, in a unique way, to perform film, pop and rock music.

Than came time for opening, and the founder and general director of the company Mr Gojko Bajović came out on the stage and addressed the audience:

“Today we proudly present everything we’ve learned in the previous 28 years, during which we passed a long way from small hardware shop in family house in Podgorica to regional company which, from 2019, very successfully operates on Serbian market as well.

I’m especially glad that this is the city where we organised the first ceremony after the Covid epidemic started. The anthem says “The town is as wide as sea”, and I would add that the same could be said for it’s citizens. Since 2005. and the opening of our first store in Bar, we have been warmly welcomed by it’s citizens, with their recognizable positive energy.”

At 10:00 AM, the store was officially opened with symbolic cutting of the chain.
